The Artisan is a Czech restaurant in the center of Prague where the food is honest and straightforward.

Its understated menu and weekly specials, carefully prepared by Executive Chef David Rejhon and his team, celebrate the finest ingredients, most of which are locally sourced from within 200 km around Prague or grown on-property in our signature urban cultivator for sprouts and herbs. 

Executive Chef David Rejhon does not like stereotypes and formulaic ways of thinking about food, and his varied gastronomic experience ranging from restaurants in New York, Saigon, Bangkok or Hong Kong to catering events at Moto Grand Prix is proof of that.

The Artisan Bar offers a unique cocktail experience inspired by the flavors of the Czech Republic. The cocktail book, with five chapters of original drinks, features a combination of local ingredients and homemade components such as syrups, honey, and garnishes from The Artisan kitchen. The bar also serves regional and international wines, including the original The Artisan wine. In addition to wine and great beer, guests can enjoy homemade lemonades made from fresh ingredients. The open space, stylish interior, and professional service create the perfect atmosphere for savoring these creative drinks.

The Artisan Corner focuses on crafted coffee, own specialties of hot beverages and modern interpretation of traditional pastries and snacks. In the morning we offer artisanal coffee, unique teas, freshly squeezed juices, homemade pastries or you can try something from our breakfast menu.

In the afternoon we offer sandwiches, healthy salads or homemade desserts.

Všechna jídla připravujeme osvědčenými postupy abychom vám představili výjimečnost českých chutí, které vás doprovodí na jedinečné cestě po místních řekách, lesích, úrodných zahradách a farmách.

David Rejhon vaří s otevřenou myslí a nebojí se vystoupit ze zajetých kolejí. Co se naučil v kuchyních New Yorku, Bangkoku, Saigonu nebo Hongkongu – i během cateringu na Moto Grand Prix – dnes propojuje s českou sezónou a lokálními surovinami.

The Artisan Bar nabízí jedinečný koktejlový zážitek inspirovaný chutěmi České republiky. Koktejlová kniha s pěti kapitolami originálních drinků představuje kombinaci lokálních surovin a domácích komponentů, jako jsou sirupy, med a ozdoby z kuchyně The Artisan. Bar také nabízí regionální i mezinárodní vína, včetně originálního vína The Artisan. Kromě vína a skvělého piva si hosté mohou vychutnat domácí limonády z čerstvých ingrediencí. Otevřený prostor, stylový interiér a profesionální servis vytvářejí ideální atmosféru pro vaši návštěvu.

The Artisan Corner se specializuje na vlasní speciality z řad horkých nápojů či moderní interpretaci tradičních zákusků a pečiva. Ráno si kromě kávy můžete také vychutnat čerstvě vymačkané šťávy, domácí pečivo a nebo vyzkoušet něco z našeho stálého snídaňového menu.
